Rune of Transformation
Summon a Fire Dragon that deals XXX1 magic damage to all enemies and sets them on fire, dealing XXX2 magic damage in XXX3 sec. When a burning enemy dies, it explodes and deals XXX4 magic damage to surrounding targets.
