Game chests

The list is too long to include in this tutorial. Aside from the usual Mythic Chest shown in the second screenshot, the rest are all non-evolving.

Earned through daily quests; scales based on the throne.

Earn your invasion spot.
It’s upgradeable, and you should keep it from start to finish.
Contains iron at Throne 9 and Throne 11 in Mithril.
And head to the hunters’ quarters to get a small bonus.
Also, defeat Grav in story mode.

You earn this when you win your spot in Clan Wars.

You earn this when you win your spot in Clan Wars.
It upgrades as you unlock the Tower of Titans.
Keep this once you reach the Hard difficulty level.

Earning when you earn the minimum number of blue stars (Throne 5: 7 500; Throne 11: 35 000)
Upgradable up to Throne 11.

Can be obtained in events (this list is not exhaustive, but many events offer it).

You earn this when you finish in the top 1–3 in the arenas.
The chest’s contents scale based on the highest level of your fighters.

The drop rate is random, and based on our experience, our team has already received 2 chests in 4 arenas.
The chest evolves based on the highest level of your fighters.

Fighter’s Chest

You earn this when you rank in the Top 1–100 in the arena within a month.
A chest that evolves based on your Throne.

Portal Chest

Earned when you complete a specific level.
The amount decreases up to Throne 9 (if you advance to Throne 8, you’ll need to unlock it. Starting at Throne 9, please save them until you reach Throne 11 for materials).

Champion’s Chest

You earn this when you rank in the Top 1–100 on the portal; the reward varies depending on the type of throne, with legendary or epic gems awarded based on your ranking.

Can be obtained in events and through the Lighthouse activity.
Non-upgradable chest.

Earned in the Lighthouse rankings based on the number of lanterns collected.
Upgradable chest—keep it.

It is obtained in events for the first screenshot; as for the second screenshot, it is obtained in the Dark Cathedral when you defeat a floor boss.
Non-upgradable chest.

Can be obtained in mini-events.
It may also contain spirits.
Non-upgradable chest.

Can be obtained through events (this list is not exhaustive, but many events offer it).
Not upgradeable; as for the history, atoms were introduced much later.
If you want atoms quickly, get the chests from epic events for the best drop rate.

Can be obtained in Titan events and can be opened in certain events.
This chest cannot be upgraded.

Can be obtained through events or activities in the Colosseum.
Non-upgradable chest.

Obtained after winning an expedition.
This chest can be upgraded, and it is highly recommended that you keep it at Throne Level 11.

Can be obtained in various events and from the Gem Bay.

You get this when you defeat bosses on the dungeon map.
It cannot be evolved.

You get this when you defeat bosses on the dungeon map while holding a torch.

You get this when you earn a spot in a dungeon. Note that this is purely random.

Available only as part of the game’s special anniversary offer. The content depends on the offer you choose and the throne.
It cannot be upgraded, so it’s not worth buying.

Obtained in the Referral event.
Not upgradeable.

This chest is no longer available in the game.
It used to be obtainable on the map and consisted of decorative items.

This chest can be obtained from Throne 5 through 10.
Non-upgradable chest with rewards at 3 tiers.

You receive this when you complete all the quests in the mini-events.
Non-upgradable.

You earn this by logging in every day for 4 days.
It’s upgradeable; it’s worth getting some mithril if you reach Throne Level 11.
There’s a slim chance of getting the items.

You get this when you play this event.
It can be upgraded; it’s useful to get mithril if you reach Throne Level 11.
If you have a lot of chests, it’s a good idea to keep it because the items can also be upgraded!
