Rune of Transformation
Summons Bad Santa’s scarecrow that inspires fear in XXX1 random enemies. Units affected by fear move erratically around the battlefield for XXX2 sec. Units affected by fear have their damage reduced by XXX3 % for XXX4 sec. Does not work if there are only XXX5 or fewer enemies left on the battlefield.
