Pals

Welcome to the Pets page for the game Hustle Castle.
Pets can be unlocked starting at Throne Level 5.
Some can be obtained through an event (and are later available as a special offer) or through certain activities such as the arenas or the portal).
To access the Pets, go to the Barracks and then select “Pets.”

It looks like this :

Important information : Pets are sorted by power level. To place them, simply drag them to the designated slot.
On the far left, there is a book that takes you to a list of all the pets.

In the “Bonus” section, this allows you to earn a stat bonus when you increase the elevation level and/or max out your pet’s level.

Next, there’s the chest below the book. This gives you access to your Pet inventory (with the option to remove anything of Rare or Epic rarity) :

Now, let’s move on to the specifics of how it works.
Here’s what you should know: if you don’t place a pet in the first slot, the power displayed in the upper-left corner remains active.

Another thing to keep in mind is choosing your pet (NOTE : This tutorial doesn’t cover the meta-list; it just explains how it works).
When you click on a pet, you’ll see this :

Batsquirrel has several abilities, as shown in the screenshot, depending on the slot it occupies, and a passive ability that remains active throughout the battle.
It’s important to note that how your pets function depends entirely on the first slot.
In this same example with this pet,

The pet attacks enemies and designates them as primary targets.
Therefore, you need to bring two other pets with abilities that target enemies.
In another example using the same setup, Moo and Pterobot also target enemies, so these abilities work perfectly together !

However, if you choose another pet that targets allies and pair it with enemies, it won’t work.
For example, in this setup, Batsquirrel is in the first slot.
If you place Longtail in the second slot with the following ability, it will “use” its ability on the primary targets while healing them.

However, if no primary allied targets are designated, then this ability does not work.
Nevertheless, even if the active ability does not work, the passive ability will continue to function in this case.
And this system follows the same principle: if slot 1 benefits allies, slot 2 cannot affect enemies, only allies.

Trinkets

As for the trinkets, there are 5 types.
But our team has put that information on a separate page, since we’re focusing on how to place them here.

Follow the instructions indicated by the feather.
Depending on the type of slot, the pet’s abilities and the damage it deals.
To maximize the feather’s potential, you need to consider the ability of the slot where you’re going to place it and the pet’s passive ability.

Power is, of course, just one factor, and you also have to meet the level requirements.
Just like the ancient sets in Throne 11, you have to click on the arrow on the feather; it provides an additional effect based on the bonus granted.
