Rune of Transformation
Every second while the artifact activation, all allied units take XXX1 % less damage, and restore XXX2 % health and they also have XXX3 random negative effects removed from each of them. For that duration, all enemy units also take XXX4 % more damage, and receive magic damage equal to XXX5 % of their maximum health and XXX6 random positive effects are removed from each of them for XXX7 sec.
