Without Rune
The damage dealt by the unit and all allied units in a small radius around is increased by XXX1 % for XXX2 sec. For the duration, the attacks by the artifact’s owner and all selected units have a XXX3 % chance to freeze a random enemy unit for XXX4 sec. During that time, the frozen unit is unable to move or attack, and the cooldown of their gear and artifact abilities is increased by XXX5 sec. If freezing an enemy unit with the attack, the unit restores XXX6 health to self and gains a frost shield that blocks XXX7 damage of any type. The shield exists up to XXX8 sec. Stacks up to XXX9 times.
