For that duration, the frozen units are unable to move or attack, and the cooldown of their abilities (except those granted by the equipped set) is increased by XXX5 sec. When the deep freeze effect wears off, the targets of the ability explode and receive XXX6 magic damage. Icicles fly out of them, hitting XXX7 nearest enemy units. On hit, icicles deal XXX8 magic damage, increase the cooldown of the targets’ gear and artifact abilities by XXX9 sec, and cast stiffness on them. The attack speed of stiffened units is reduced by XXX10 % for XXX11 sec.

When the harmony effect expires, the maximum health, fortitude, physical and magic armor of the ability’s primary targets and all allied units in a small radius around them are increased by XXX6 % for XXX7 sec.
