Ice balls have a XXX7 % chance to freeze their targets for XXX8 sec. as well. The targets are unable to move or attack for the duration, and the cooldown of their gear and artifact abilities is increased by XXX9 sec.

When the shield wears off or is removed, the artifact’s owner removes XXX11 random negative effects from self, and restores XXX12 % health.
