Effect Set

Bonus 2/6

Each attack of the Arbiter casts a mark on the target of the attack for 10 sec. Marked enemies take 3 % more damage for each mark they have. Each unit can have up to 5 marks.

Bonus 4/6

Each attack of the Arbiter casts a mark on the target of the attack for 10 sec. Marked enemies take 5 % more damage for each mark they have.
Each unit can have up to 5 marks. For the duration of the battle, the damage dealt to Arbiter is reduced by 10 % for each living enemy mage on the battlefield. If there are no living enemy mages left on the battlefield, the damage dealt to Arbiter is reduced by 30 %.
When an enemy mage dies, Arbiter restores 15 % of own max health.

Bonus 6/6

Each attack of the Arbiter casts a mark on the target of the attack for 10 sec. Marked enemies take 10 % more damage for each mark they have. Each unit can have up to 5 marks.
For the duration of the battle, the damage dealt to Arbiter is reduced by 15 % for each living enemy mage on the battlefield.
If there are no living enemy mages left on the battlefield, the damage dealt to Arbiter is reduced by 40 %.
When an enemy mage dies, Arbiter restores 20 % of own max health.
Once in a while, Arbiter curses all enemy mages. If there are no enemy mages, Arbiter instead curses 3 random enemies. The curse lasts for 10 sec. Every second for 10 sec, the cursed units take pure damage equal to 200 % of the Arbiter’s attack. This damage ignores shields and effects that reduce the target’s incoming damage. Also, When the targets are hit, they have a 30 % chance to turn to stone for 11 sec. During this time, they can’t move, and they take 35 % more damage. Arbiter restores health equal to 100 % of the damage dealt by this ability.
If a cursed unit uses a weapon ability, that unit takes pure damage equal to 300 % of the Arbiter’s attack. This damage ignores shields and effects that reduce the target’s incoming damage. Arbiter restores health equal to 80 % of the damage dealt by this ability.

In addition to decreasing incoming damage, Arbiter also increases incomoing and outgoing healing by 10 % for every living mage on the battlefield. If there are no living enemy mages left on the battlefield, the Arbiter’s incoming and outgoing healing is increased by 30 %.

When Arbiter attacks a unit with 5 marks, each attack restores additionally 8 % of the unit’s max health.
Whenever an enemy mages dies on the battlefield, Arbiter increases own physical and magic armor by 65 % for 6 sec.
When the Arbiter curses enemies, the unit also gains a shield that absorbs 25 % damage of any type for 65 sec.
